This single-storey building, a cosy home for people with special needs covering 566 m2 and comprising 18 modules, was completed in the city of Uppsala in Western Sweden in spring 2024. It features six two-room apartments, each with its own fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom (with shower and WC). There is also a large communal kitchen and living space in the building, as well as offices and other rooms for staff.

At the beginning of 2023, we will build a three-storey nursing home with a floor area of 5300 m2 in Krokom, central Sweden. The nursing home will house 60 people. Each resident will have an apartment with a bathroom and a kitchen. The building will comprise 150 modules.

SIGTUNA 1 & 2
The comfortable two-storey 536 m2 buildings constructed of 18 modules in Sigtuna, 37 km from Stockholm, will become a home for those who require special care due to old age or disability. Both buildings have six two-room apartments with excellent natural lighting. Furthermore, there is a large common room for residents to spend time together. All apartments have a private shower, toilet, and built-in kitchen furniture and appliances. The building also has other auxiliary premises to make sure that the residents feel as comfortable and safe as possible.
The first building was completed in the spring of 2022. The second identical building on the other half of Sigtuna will be completed in autumn 2022.

Construction of the modules for the buildings will commence this autumn, with the complex due to be handed over to the client in summer 2023.
